Delete Your Account
SynapseCPT respects your right to erasure under GDPR Article 17. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Delete from the App

Open the SynapseCPT app on your device

Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- 3
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"

Enter your password to confirm
- 5
Tap "Delete" — your account and all data will be permanently removed
Delete by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our Data Protection Officer. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

- All clinical training logs and case records
- Assessment and feedback records
- Uploaded images and attachments
- Analytics and progress data
- All personal identifiers
May Be Retained
- Anonymised, aggregated statistical data that cannot identify you
- Records required by law or medical education regulatory obligations
This Action is Irreversible
Once your account is deleted, all your data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. If you wish to use SynapseCPT again in the future, you will need to create a new account. Please ensure you have exported any data you need before proceeding.
